On the one hand, we can help you with the valuation of your home. If you send us details and photographs of your property (or you can use the web page given below), we can find your catastro documents and use other online tools that will give us a good base to work from.
Although we can’t visit your property at the moment to get to know you in person, take a tour of your house, take professional quality photographs, make drone videos and 360º virtual tours, we can give you an objective price bracket, based on our experience of the properties sold in the area similar to yours and our knowledge of the market.
Once we have all of the documentation and have agreed on a sales price, we have professional photography editing tools and we can make a first publication using your own photographs. So there is no reason why you can’t launch your property into the market during the confinement.
Once we have launched your property on our website, we will then start using all the marketing strategies that we use in normal circumstances. These have not been stopped just because of the confinement and include:
- Our houses continue to be advertised on the national and international real estate portals.
- Our international collaborators are still working hard from their home offices and are presenting our portfolio to their buyers of all different nationalities.
- We contact all the potential buyers who have previously shown an interest in properties with similar characteristics to yours.
- We post your property on our social media networks. (The confinement time is giving people more time to spend online looking at properties!)
- We advertise your property on all the best portals either directly under our brand or via our partner network to ensure your house is presented to the largest number of potential buyers possible.
We are still receiving a steady number of enquiries from buyers who are doing their research now and getting ready for when they are able to view the property(ies) in question.
We are finding that the level of enquiries via the portals, our partner agencies and our own website is surprisingly high given the current situation. In fact, it seems that many buyers are more motivated than ever to make their home-owning dream a reality (once they can!).
Once this strange time has passed, we will be able to arrange a meeting with you, get to know the property further and implement our usual marketing tools; professional photographs, videos, virtual tours, “for sale” signs, advertising our properties at property conventions like a place in the sun etc... However, at least you will have had a head start by launching your property initially with your own photography.
